As a Certified Coach, I use my background in Health Promotion and Business Administration to help people make lasting behavior changes to reach their goals.

My professional experiences as a leader in Healthcare Strategy and Corporate Wellness, coupled with my expertise in

Health Coaching and Leadership Coaching have provided me a unique perspective.  I came to recognize that the same challenges that hold us back from our wellness goals are the same that hold Leaders back from achieving their best. This phenomenon is not limited to business leaders. Challenges stemming from communication, collaboration, stress management, and overcoming our inner critic, appear universally.

Regardless of the goal, mental fitness is the cornerstone. Without building mental fitness, challenges derail us. Our work, relationships, and health are all entwined. Building mental fitness, just as we build physical fitness, allows us to be successful in all areas of life.

The biggest challenges we face today are not physical or a lack of resources, technology, and information. They are personal and interpersonal and require Mental Fitness

Mental fitness is being able to maintain a state of well-being, while cultivating an awareness of how we think, behave, and feel and its impact on others. Mental dexterity determines how we handle stress, respond to setbacks, relate to others, and make choices.  It’s the combination of strengthening emotional intelligence and the durability to call upon it even under stress.

Ultimately mental fitness impacts our performance, well-being, and relationships.
