Health People.  Healthy Teams. Healthy Performance.

I’ve spent the past 20 years working inside organizations to help them build environments where people actually want to show up — and feel like they belong, perform well, and stay healthy while they’re at it.  With a background in exercise physiology, corporate health promotion, and leadership coaching, I’ve always been a prevention advocate. Some might call that rare. I call it… anxious and practical. Why wait for a crisis when you can make small, smart investments today that pay off in spades tomorrow?

The thing is, we’re still stuck in a system that prioritizes prescriptions over prevention, and sprints over marathons — in both health and performance. I’ve seen it play out in overworked teams, burnt-out high performers, and cultures that run on caffeine, urgency, and crossed fingers. It doesn’t work. And it certainly doesn’t last.

I've seen it in health care, where selling Wellness and Health Promotion programs is a hard sell, while adding urgent care benefits is a no brainer.

My work helps shift that. I help leaders and organizations build environments where health and well-being are not just nice-to-haves, but foundational and where talent development leads to long-term success. When people thrive, performance follows. It’s not fluffy. It’s the future.

If you’re ready to move beyond band-aids and burnout, here’s how we can work together:

Ways to Work Together

1. Team Workshops & Organizational Consulting

From half-day interactive sessions to strategic well-being audits, I help teams rethink their environments — not just their to-do lists. Expect a blend of leadership development, health science, and practical tools to create cultures that support both high performance and real well-being.

2. One-on-One Coaching for Leaders

For senior leaders, high performers, or anyone navigating growth, change, or stress, or health challenges my coaching helps you lead with clarity, energy, and purpose — without burning out or compromising your wellness goals. Think of it as mental fitness meets leadership strategy.

3. Well-Being Strategy for HR & Talent Leaders

Partner with me to shape sustainable, people-centered strategies that go beyond perks and checklists. We’ll work together to design systems that support health and performance — from onboarding to burnout prevention.

4. Comprehensive Mental Fitness Program (Powered by Positive Intelligence®)

This evidence-based 6-week program helps individuals and teams strengthen the part of the brain that fuels resilience, focus, and positivity — and quiets the inner saboteurs that trigger stress, self-doubt, and reactivity. It’s like going to the gym for your brain… but more fun and with longer-lasting results.
