About Coaching

When something is important, worth doing well, but also feels hard (aka the "tough stuff"), coaching can help.

Being successful at the “tough stuff" doesn't just happen by chance.  Navigating life’s toughest challenges—whether changing careers, leading a team through stressful times, balancing work with family, or maintaining health during transitions—requires more than effort. It demands thought, clarity, strategic support, trial and error and learning! 
 
That process can be daunting, but it can be less lonely, and be more creative, energized and effective with a well-matched coach. Coaching provides the space, collaborative relationship and a reliable framework designed to help people achieve their goals.  Coaching clients experience far greater growth, success, and less pain along the journey when they work through the "tough stuff" with a Coach at their side.
 
​My coaching style is collaborative, practical and focuses on each individual's Personal Goals and lasting Behavior Changes.  I support individuals' moving from wanting to do something to doing it.  I help bridge the gap between doing anything and doing the right thing consistently well.  I provide the space for reflection and insight, structure for action, and accountability to make progress. This leads to lasting insights, skill development, professional growth and better well-being. ​
