As a Certified Coach, I use my background in Health Promotion and Organizational Performance to help people make lasting behavior changes to reach their personal and career goals.

My professional and coaching experience have taught me something profound that I like to share with my clients, and it’s this: The challenges that hold us back from our wellness goals are often the same ones that hold us back from our career goals.

Those include communication, collaboration, and stress management challenges we don’t always have the skills to navigate successfully. At a more basic level, we’re often not able to overcome our inner critic. (You’d be amazed how many outwardly confident people are held back by this.)

I can help you with all those aspects—and again, they’re interrelated. The same communication glitch, for example, can negatively affect your work, health, and relationships. Fix that one glitch, and you can unlock hidden potential in all areas of your life.

In the end, building mental fitness and well-being, just as we build physical fitness, helps us be more successful in all our endeavors. â€‹

Be your most
focused, confident, and resilient self.

As a professional coach, I have one goal:
Helping clients realize theirs.

  • Overcome the thing that holds you back

  • Turn your insight into bold action

  • Build skills to perform your best

  • Maintain greater well-being

  • Achieve your goal

Why Coaching Works

When something is important and worth doing well but feels a little daunting (let’s call it the "tough stuff"), coaching can make all the difference.

Achieving success with the tough stuff doesn't just happen. Whether it's navigating a career change, leading a work team under pressure, juggling work and family, or staying healthy during a life transition, success takes planning.

It requires coming up with a thoughtful strategy, setting clear goals, working through a bit of trial and error, and yes, keeping a sense of humor!

At first, that journey can seem overwhelming and lonely, but with clarity comes calm. With the right coach to guide you, the process becomes more effective, creative, and collaborative.

My Coaching Style

I am curious, practical, and completely nonjudgmental. I focus on helping my clients achieve their personal goals through real behavior changes.

I help you move from thinking about what you “should” do, to actually doing it—and doing it well. Together, we’ll close the gap between you doing something day after day, and you consistently doing the best thing for you.

I provide space for reflection, structure for action, and the accountability you need to move forward.

Along the way, you’ll gain new skills, jettison unhelpful habits, grow personally and professionally, and improve your overall well-being.

May your choices reflect your hopes,
not your fears.

Because I have training and experience in two key areas--professional and personal/wellness coaching--I can offer you two solutions in one.  This is because an issue that holds us back from achieving peak health/wellness, for example, is often the very same issue that holds us back professionally. And vice versa. And do you know what's fascinating about that? Many times, in my experience, people who I coach don't realize that interrelatedness. They recognize their underperformance, turbulence, or dissatisfaction in this sphere, but not in that sphere. Or they see it there, but don't realize the same thing is happening here.  Frankly, that's why working with me can be such an exciting journey of discovery: People often come to me for a personal issue that's been holding them back for years, we eventually identify it together, and suddenly they realize it's been driving other setbacks or slowdowns in a completely different part of their life! On the other hand, there's sometimes a chronic work issue or sudden career transition, such as leading a team for the first time or changing jobs entirely, that will only ever be a work issue, with no "bleed" into other aspects of your personal life. Fine! I can help with that, and it can be game-changing. Similarly, there may be a health/wellness/fitness issue that is just that, and only that, and doesn't rear its ugly head in other areas of your life. Again, fine! We'll figure it out together, and get you going in the right direction. Point being, the issues or challenges we struggle with don't always metastasize into every corner of our personalities. But they can. And if they do, I can help identify the underlying personality glitch or culprit, so you're once and for all free of it.
