Leadership and Wellbeing Coach
As a Certified Coach, I use my background in Health Promotion and Organizational Performance to help people make lasting behavior changes to reach their goals.
My professional and coaching experience have taught me something profound that I like to share with my clients, and it’s this: The challenges that hold us back from our wellness goals are often the same ones that hold us back from our career goals.
Those include communication, collaboration, and stress management challenges we don’t always have the skills to navigate successfully. At a more basic level, we’re often not able to overcome our inner critic. (You’d be amazed how many outwardly confident people are held back by this.)
I can help you with all those aspects—and again, they’re interrelated. The same communication glitch, for example, can negatively affect your work, health, and relationships. Fix that one glitch, and you can unlock hidden potential all areas of your life.
In the end, building mental fitness and well-being, just as we build physical fitness, helps us be more successful in all our endeavors.

Why Coaching Works
When something is important and worth doing well but feels a little daunting (let’s call it the "tough stuff"), coaching can make all the difference.
Achieving success with the tough stuff doesn't just happen. Whether it's navigating a career change, leading a work team under pressure, juggling work and family, or staying healthy during a life transition, success takes planning.
It requires coming up with a thoughtful strategy, setting clear goals, working through a bit of trial and error, and yes, keeping a sense of humor!
At first, that journey can seem lonely and overwhelming, but with clarity comes calm. With the right coach to guide you, the process becomes more effective, creative, and collaborative.
My Coaching Style
I am curious, practical, and completely nonjudgmental. I focus on helping my clients achieve their personal goals through real behavior changes.
I help you move from thinking about what you “should” do, to actually doing it—and doing it well. Together, we’ll close the gap between you doing something day after day, and you consistently doing the best thing for you.
I provide: space for reflection, structure for action, and the accountability you need to move forward.
Along the way, you’ll gain new skills, jettison unhelpful habits, grow personally and professionally, and improve your overall well-being. And yes, we’ll probably laugh while we’re at it!
